We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager who will work hand-in-hand with clients, the account team, and the creative department, to ensure successful development and execution of paid media campaigns. The Paid Media Manager will lead these efforts for all agency accounts and will be responsible for managing and training new paid media team members.



-Develop paid media plans for clients including channel mix, budget flighting, and KPIs
-Execute and optimize media buys across Google (Search, GDN, YouTube) and Facebook
-Regularly report media campaign results
-Assist in new business development by analyzing historical data, suggesting opportunities, and creating new media plans
-Manage all campaign tracking via Google Tag Manager, CallRail, and other tracking tools
-Assist in the hiring and training of new paid media employees
-Communicate client results via monthly meetings while assisting with presentation development
-Collaborate with internal copywriters and designer to develop best practices for paid creative



-5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with budgets exceeding $100k per month
-Proven track record developing and executing media plans that deliver results at scale
-Extensive knowledge of Google and Facebook advertising products
-Proficiency in online conversion tracking through various tools
-Experience in building stories with data to showcase results, trends, and opportunities
-Self-starter who possesses the drive to build a paid media team at a fast growing agency
-Confident communicator and stakeholder manager
