“Know your values”

By knowing and familiarizing yourself with your values, you’ll have an easier time making the right choices over the course of your career. Sometimes the right choice to make isn’t the easiest option. However, you should never waver on making a certain decision that goes against your values. Even if it might not be the popular decision or the most pleasing one to a certain employer, being consistent with your values will help you become a transparent, honest and authentic figure in your field.

“Strive to be better tomorrow than you are today.”

“DON’T JUST SETTLE FOR A MEDIOCRE FEELING OF ACCOMPLISHMENT. “

Don’t just settle for a mediocre feeling of accomplishment. Each day, you should strive to enhance your strategies, practices and tactics to a higher level than the day before. Avoid letting fulfillment or achievement flat line. By working each day to improve the internal practices, products or services of your business, you encourage all the members that contribute to your company to do the same.
