The Cardiovascular Group is a leading cardiac doctor group with over 30 years of service (so far), 16 doctors, 10 locations, and over 150 employees.
For nearly two years, the team here at Frenik has acted as their bolt-on, full service marketing department.

GOAL NO. 1
We ARE the marketing department for CVG. From social media and advertising to video production and event coordination, we make and manage it all. Dashboard reporting and regular in-depth check-ins keep the business side of the practice aware of our result
The heart is the most important organ in the body. Our messaging needs to communicate familiarity and comfort to a customer who is otherwise scared to come in for an appointment
GOAL NO. 2
One way to make a connection with the patient is to focus on the human side of the business.
The vast majority of our videos, social posts, and advertisements lean heavily on the personalities behind CVG.
Among our standard lead gen and audience-biulding techniques, we run a Social Media Activation program for CVG. We manage an on-going contest among the staff complete for prizes each month.
This “gamification” of social has turned every employee into a micro-influencer, expanding the audience both for organic and paid impressions.

The Cardiovascular Group sees 500 patients a day.
Staying top-of-mind with primary care physicians is paramount. This means lots and LOTS of events. Whether they are hospital-wide events, private events, or open houses, we plan and promote to a growing audience of doctors.
The doctors at CVG are some of the most celebrated and progressive specialists in the field with innovative approaches to heart care.
We create everything from doctor profiles to equipment explainers and blog posts. Everything is created with the aim of
showcasing the expertise and unique vision of The Cardiovascular Group.
A doctor referring patients to CVG is also putting his or her reputation on the line.
It’s important to carry over much of the “patient experience” messaging to campaigns targeting referral doctors.
Testimonials, “quality of life” updates around the practice, and maintaining positive, visible reviews online all play a part in reputation management.
